The Fastest Way to Reach Us
Email is the one and only official contact channel for this site:
That address reaches the entire Phantom Blade Zero Guide Team. We read every message and reply to most within 2–5 business days — corrections and time-sensitive items (like legal notices) go to the front of the queue. You do not need to write anything formal; a clear subject line and a link to the page you are writing about are enough.
We currently do not operate official social media accounts. Any account claiming to be us on X/Twitter, Discord, Reddit, or elsewhere is not run by this team — if a message claims to come from this site but did not arrive from the email address above, treat it as fake and let us know.
Reporting a Content Error
This is the contact category we care about most. Pre-launch archives age fast: release windows shift, platforms get added, prices get confirmed late. If you find any page where the facts have moved on, tell us.
Helpful things to include:
- The URL of the page with the issue (copy it straight from your browser's address bar)
- What the page currently says, and what it should say
- A source for the correction if you have one — an official post, a store page, a trailer timestamp. A correction with a source gets fixed in minutes; one without still gets investigated, just more slowly.
You do not need to be polite about it — you need to be precise about it. "Your release date section is wrong, the official post from [date] says X" is a perfect email. Reader corrections have improved a large share of the pages on this site, and they are genuinely appreciated.
Business, Advertising, and Partnership Inquiries
The site is funded through third-party advertising, and we are open to hearing from publishers, tool makers, creators, and community projects that fit what readers here already care about — action games, wuxia media, and gaming-adjacent services.
A few things we evaluate for any business proposal:
- Fit. Does the product or service genuinely serve people reading a Phantom Blade Zero guide site? Relevant offers get considered; generic ad spam does not.
- Editorial independence. Sponsored placements, if any are ever accepted, will be clearly labeled as such and will never influence article content, ratings, or corrections. Paid content does not become "news" on this site.
- Reader experience. Formats that degrade the reading experience — intrusive interstitials, auto-playing audio, misleading "Download" buttons — are declined regardless of the money offered.
Put "Business Inquiry" in your subject line and include who you are, what you are proposing, and the format you have in mind.
DMCA and Copyright Requests
This is an unofficial fan site. We believe every use of game-related imagery and names on this site falls under fair-use principles for commentary, criticism, and guide purposes — but we respect that rights holders are the ultimate judges of their own material.
If you are a rights holder (or act for one) and believe content on this site infringes your rights, email tyoutetu@126.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Valid notices are processed promptly — typically within a few business days — by removing or disabling access to the material. You do not need to threaten escalation in the first email; a clear, complete notice gets the fastest result. The full procedure is also described in our Terms of Service.
General Feedback and Ideas
Want a guide for a topic we have not covered? Disagree with how we separated a rumor from a fact? Think a page is badly organized? Those emails shape the roadmap — several existing sections started as reader suggestions.
When sending feedback, it helps to know:
- Which page (or homepage section) your comment relates to
- Whether you are describing a factual problem, an organization problem, or a missing topic
- Whether you would like a reply or are just flagging it
We also take spoiler-sensitivity reports seriously: if a page reveals story content without warning where one is expected, tell us and we will add the appropriate notice.
What We Cannot Help With
To set expectations, we are not able to assist with:
- Questions for S-GAME — pre-order problems, refund requests, account issues, or technical support for the game itself must go through the official channels on the official site. We are fans, not customer service for the developer.
- Game account recovery, cheat reports, or ban appeals — same answer: official support only.
- Requests to remove factual, properly attributed coverage — being mentioned in a guide is not grounds for takedown; copyright infringement is.
If your message falls into one of these buckets, we will point you to the right place rather than leave you hanging.
A Note on Language
The team works in English and Chinese, so write to us in whichever of the two you are comfortable with — you will get a reply in the same language. For rights holders and business partners writing in other languages, English is the safest choice for a fast response.
That's everything. Bookmark the site, check the review dates, and send us that email when you find something we got wrong — you will be in good company.
