Terms of Service

The rules for using this unofficial fan site, written in plain language. By browsing the site you agree to them — and they mostly boil down to: enjoy the guides, respect the game's creators, don't steal our work.

Last updated: 2026-08-28

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Phantom Blade Zero Guide (the "Site"), including all articles, guides, pages, and materials published at this domain. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Unofficial Fan Site — No Affiliation

This Site is an independent, fan-made information archive about the video game Phantom Blade Zero. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to S-GAME (Soulgame Technology Co., Ltd.), its parent companies, subsidiaries, publishers, distributors, or any other official party associated with the game.

Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as an official announcement, official guidance, or a statement from S-GAME. Official information can only come from the developer's official website, official social media channels, and official press materials. Where accuracy matters — release dates, prices, platform availability — we always link to official sources and encourage you to verify against them.

3. Informational Content Only — No Warranty

All content on this Site is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Guides, builds, tips, and news summaries are based on publicly available material, community discussion, and — before the game's release — on pre-launch coverage that may change before launch day.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Site's content. Game mechanics change between announcements, tests, and patches; strategies that work today may be rebalanced tomorrow. Any action you take based on the information on this Site is strictly at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses or damages — including wasted materials, failed attempts, lost in-game progress, or missed promotional windows — arising from reliance on Site content.

Found something wrong? Tell us at tyoutetu@126.com so we can fix it. Corrections from readers genuinely improve the archive.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site contains two categories of content, and the distinction matters:

Original content. All original text, guides, analysis, article structure, page design, code, and the "Phantom Blade Zero Guide" site name and branding are the property of this Site's operators and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not republish, scrape, mirror, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of this Site's content without written permission. You may quote short excerpts with a visible link back to the source page — fan communities thrive on sharing, and we support that.

Game-related content. Phantom Blade Zero, the Phantom Blade series name, character names, logos, artwork, screenshots, and all related trademarks and copyrights are the property of S-GAME and its respective rights holders. Such materials appear on this Site for identification, commentary, criticism, and guide purposes only, in a manner we believe constitutes fair use under applicable copyright law. This Site does not claim ownership of any game-related intellectual property, and no infringement is intended.

If you are a rights holder and believe material on this Site exceeds fair use, see Section 6 for our takedown procedure — we act on valid notices promptly.

5. External Links

This Site links to external websites — official game pages, store listings, videos, community resources, and similar. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement or control.

We have no control over the content, availability, privacy practices, or security of external sites and accept no responsibility for them. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Links may change or break over time; if you find a dead or misdirected link, reporting it to tyoutetu@126.com helps us keep the archive clean.

6. DMCA and Copyright Takedown Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.

How to submit a takedown request. Send an email to tyoutetu@126.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL(s) on this Site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material in question. If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may reply with a counter-notice explaining the basis for your position, and we will consider it in good faith. We may remove material at our sole discretion even without a formal notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in ways that would:

  • Attempt to breach, disable, or overload the Site or its hosting infrastructure;
  • Scrape or mass-download content for republication or resale;
  • Use automated tools to spam, probe, or interfere with the Site's operation;
  • Misrepresent the Site as an official source of information about Phantom Blade Zero.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone violating these rules.

8. Advertising and Monetization

The Site displays third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to cover hosting and operating costs. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and the presence of an ad does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product. Your use of ad-supported pages is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains cookies and advertising data in detail.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site's operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, or lost in-game progress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" at no charge to you.

10. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time — pre-launch fan archives necessarily evolve as the game launches and new verified information arrives. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Because this is a non-commercial fan project offered free of charge, we ask — and expect — that any disagreement will first be raised informally by email so we can try to fix it.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms, permissions requests, or copyright matters: email tyoutetu@126.com. For copyright issues specifically, follow the DMCA procedure in Section 6 so your request can be processed fastest.
